2. What We Provide

We offer an optional, paid assistance service that helps travellers prepare and submit an application for an New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA).

Depending on your order, that assistance can include:

• step-by-step guidance through the application
• checking and formatting the data you provide
• submitting the application in the correct structure
• customer support by email and phone

We do not grant, refuse or influence NZeTA or visa decisions. Only Immigration New Zealand can review an application and decide whether a traveller may enter the country.

You are always free to apply for your NZeTA or visa yourself, directly through the official NZeTA app, paying only the government fee and levies.

Immigration advice — any advice on which New Zealand visa to apply for, your eligibility, or how to present an application — is given only by, or under the direct supervision of, a New Zealand licensed immigration adviser registered with the Immigration Advisers Authority, as required by the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007. Clerical assistance with the NZeTA itself does not constitute immigration advice.

3. Your Eligibility to Use the Service

When you use this site, you confirm that:

• you are 18 or older, or are using the site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian
• you are entitled to submit the identity and travel details you provide
• everything you tell us is true, accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• you will comply with these Terms and with all laws that apply to you

Compass World LLC may decline to provide the service, or withdraw access to it, where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud or a breach of these Terms.

4. Your Authorisation to Us

By placing an order you give Compass World LLC limited authority to act for you — solely for the purpose of preparing and submitting your NZeTA or visa application.

That authority covers:

• processing the personal data you supply
• compiling and submitting your application details
• contacting you about the progress of your application

We handle all of your information in line with our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice.

5. Review and Turnaround

Once we receive a completed order, our team checks that every required field is filled in and consistent with the entry requirements published by Immigration New Zealand.

Most applications are handled within one to three business days, but turnaround can be affected by:

• the volume of applications we are handling
• how accurate and complete your information is
• technical issues
• Immigration New Zealand’s own processing times

Entry decisions are made only by the New Zealand authorities. Compass World LLC cannot speed up their review, influence the outcome or guarantee an approval.

6. Fees, Payment and Refunds

Every fee is shown clearly before you pay. Our service fee is charged for the guidance, verification and submission work we carry out on your behalf.

You can always avoid our service fee entirely by applying directly through the official NZeTA app.

We accept major credit and debit cards and secure digital wallets. When a payment goes through, a receipt is emailed to the address on your order.

A refund may be possible if you ask before we have transmitted your application to the New Zealand authorities; after that point the service fee is normally non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The text, design, graphics, branding and other material on this site belong to Compass World LLC or are used under licence.

You may not copy, adapt or redistribute any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Where we mention government bodies or third-party names, we do so purely to identify them; no endorsement or affiliation is implied.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• supply false, incomplete or misleading information
• use the site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• disrupt or interfere with how the site operates
• scrape, copy or misuse data from the site
• run bots, scripts or crawlers against the site

Breaching these rules may lead to immediate suspension or permanent loss of access.

9. Limits on Our Liability

Compass World LLC provides assistance and support only. Whether an NZeTA or visa is granted, and how long that takes, is decided solely by the New Zealand immigration authorities.

We make no guarantee of approval or of any particular processing time.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Compass World LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our service.

10. No Warranties

The site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We give no warranty, express or implied, about their accuracy, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but we cannot promise that the site will always be error-free, available or fully up to date.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access without notice if you breach these Terms or behave in a way that is harmful to us or to others.

You can stop using the site whenever you wish, with no continuing obligation to us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.

Any dispute relating to this site or our services will be dealt with exclusively by the courts located in the State of Wyoming.
